Awesome Location! Located just above Whole Foods in Old Town Alexandria. 90 out of 100 rating on Walkscore. Parking spot conveys in the garage. Nice hardwood floors in the main living area. High ceiling. Small balcony. Nice building and of course walk to everything! Small pet OK just add $25 per month. Water is included in the rent.

From the current tenant:  My monthly utilities are about $100 - about $50 for Dominion and $50 for Comcast (my Internet service provider).  Water, gas, sewer, etc are covered by the condo fee, which the owner pays.  The best part about living there has been the location - it is so close to Old Town (I wind up walking there a lot of the time), close to work for me (I work in Alexandria), and close to 495 which makes it easy to get out of town to the beaches or to points south.  The fact that I can get to Whole Foods without walking outside is a big plus as well.  And the gym on the 2d floor has been very convenient for me to use.  The building is so quiet  - I see people in the hallways and everyone is very friendly, but I never hear my neighbors, which is great!  The unit itself is tucked in the back corner of the hallway, so hardly any foot traffic in front of the door.  The stove and oven are brand new (I cook a lot, so that's huge for me).  The size of the bedroom is great - I have a queen-size bed, 2-night stands, a dresser, a bookcase, and a club chair, and it still feels quite spacious.  The walk-in closet has lots of storage, and I store my holiday decorations/suitcases in the storage unit on P2
