No working in the dark. A whole house fan is installed right outside the master bedroom. This fan does an amazing job of drawing in fresh air for whatever window you choose. When used properly, it can cool off the entire house quickly saving much on electric bills. Asphalt driveway has been replaced with more trouble free cement. An access door was installed in the back wall of the garage and a cement pad added for proper storage and easy access of trash cans. All bathrooms have been tremendously upgraded to ceramic tile and high end amenities. There is space in the family room that allows for easy conversion to either a fourth bedroom or a private office. All new flooring throughout. Garage has been finished off. New paint inside and out. Fantastic location close to I 95, shopping, and restaurants. High quality double hung energy efficient windows have been upgraded for most windows. Both top and bottom windows tilt in for easy cleaning. There is an easily removable doggy door and a 6 foot privacy fence for the fur babies. Cathedral ceilings on the main floor. The other ceilings are less than the standard 8-10 foot ceilings. This greatly decreases the number of cubic feet needed to be heated or air conditioned. This home is very energy efficient.
