The house has had many improvements over the years. Allow me to tell you about the most significant changes that have elevated this home significantly over other houses in the neighborhood. No working in the dark. A whole house fan is installed right outside the master bedroom. This fan does an amazing job of drawing in fresh air for whatever window you choose. When used properly, it can cool off the entire house quickly saving much on electric bills. Asphalt driveway has been replaced with more trouble free cement. An access door was installed in the back wall of the garage and a cement pad added for proper storage and easy access of trash cans.
